My body fat % is still a little too high, but that’s cool, I can fix that.

My training has been intense lately and appearance was never a goal, but its nice that my body is shaping up as well as my strength and fitness.

Loving yourself comes from inside, it doesnt matter who else is beautiful, skinny, ugly, mean, sweet, has a boyfriend, has problems etc. Thats not you. Find your own beauty, your own positivity, find all the things you have to be proud of. Theres no comparing, just because someone else has/is/can do something, doesnt mean what you have/are/can do is not worth being proud of.

Everyone needs to open their eyes, fuck the media, fuck schools, fuck the mean kids, fuck everything and everybody who has ever led you to believe you’re not good enough in any way, because I promise you that you are. And if you’re not, its in the decisions you make. Its not in how much you weigh, or what you wear, its in how you treat people and how you treat yourself. If you don’t like the way you do these things, change them. Don’t give in to hating yourself, that option will be easy for one minute and then hard for a lifetime.

Don’t let anything ruin your day, you only get to have that day once.
